When you request a trip, we use:
If you send us a message using the contact form, we use your name, email address and your message.
We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it.
When you submit the booking form on this website, your details reach us by email via the website. You also receive an email straight away with the details of your request. If the form can't be sent, you can also send your request via WhatsApp or your own email. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes the message under its own privacy rules.
Only when it's needed for your trip. The driver who takes you receives the details they need for that. Our website is also hosted by Hostinger, and emails arrive at our email provider.
We keep your trip details for as long as needed for the trip and any questions afterwards. Details that appear on an invoice are kept for seven years, because the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration requires this.
This website only uses cookies that are needed for the site to work properly. We don't use cookies to track you or to show ads. The fonts on this site are loaded via Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address.
To protect the booking form from spam, we use Google reCAPTCHA. For this, your browser sends some technical data to Google, such as your IP address and how you use the page. Google only uses this to check that the form was filled in by a person.
You can always ask us what data we hold about you. You can also ask us to change or delete it, or object to its use. To do so, send an email to info@taxiservicedusseldorf.nl. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
